Hi
When placeing my bat model in the level in the level editor, I place it in the room high up, but when compile and run the bat is on the ground.

Maybe you have forgotten the wings? .

Did you attach an action which is changing the position (to ground), or making a physical entity out of it?

In MED: is the bat-model centered to the 0,0,0-Axys?

if not center it to the middle and save it.
delete the old model un WED and place the new one.
maybe this helps

cheers
