I know that modeling a tyre isn't that easy and it is even harder to make the appropriate skin for your mesh from the tyre.
I think I know where'd you got you're inspiration, one of the following two pictures from google:

And I can tell you, yes great choise, that's what I call Lamborghini style !!

Just keep up the great work, this could be one of the best 3DGS car I have ever seen here on the forum !!!!
Oh and btw if you're starting you cars animation don't forget to include the special way of how the doors open, other it isn't a thrue Lamborghini Gallardo :

But when i make the wheels that wide, here's the result.

the upper front wheels are 20 CM width and rear wheels are 30 CM width
the lower front wheels are 53,3 CM width and rear wheels are 71,1 CM width.

About the tread pattern
I googled this
