I know that modeling a tyre isn't that easy and it is even harder to make the appropriate skin for your mesh from the tyre.
I think I know where'd you got you're inspiration, one of the following two pictures from google:

Just keep up the great work, this could be one of the best 3DGS car I have ever seen here on the forum !!!!
