That's powers of 2, not multiples of 2. 168x216 is rather screwy to hardware so it's not working because of it. The width and height must be 16, 32, 64, 128, 256, 512, 1024, 2048, or 4096 pixels on a side and can be mixed and matched. 64x64 is a valid texture size, but 168x216 isn't. 128x256 is as close as that'll get with minimal loss. I don't have to download the textures to figure out what the problem is.

Plus, ripping textures from other games, as far as I know, is illegal.
