I know that everytime I start what I do is first put the box, hollow it and then put my character in the box. after I do this I click on file/ buildwmb then I go to file save as "CREATE A NAME" and save it to a folder then I go to the folder click on what I made press build and it works.
Also keep in mind when you make a name dont put spaces or periods.
