looking great nice texture and cool idea on a new kind of pod! keep it up, great job!
Also thought of a nice little code that still uses a single object physic, but acts as if you'd use like 3 (2 engines + 1 vehicle). if you get the models done, please send them so i can start testing around with it...

i'm still not happy with the pilot's pod:
in the movie, the cockpit of the driver (atleast the seats of them) were more positioned to the front, not in the mid...

Well I can tell you that your work is quite good there, in fact, it's a really great (almost) finished podracer The right inspiration will come at the right time

Finally, that's it. I like it that way it is now, hope you as well: so, dennis_fantasy, how'd you like the model: sewed up all parts (right pod, leftpod, right cable, left cable, pilot's pod), the complete model, or something completely different?

Genius.
I still have that old podracing game, and you have implemented the style of a podracer really well. The rusty rugged metal effect suits it well too, as does the pilots seat. (You know how cheap these Tatooine types are). Now all it needs is a pilot. Maybe Teemto could use after his pod got screwed.
All said, I love it!
