I signed up for Regnow's services and completed the first two steps, but the problem comes on the third step. These are the steps: Quote:
1) Submit your account activation order by completing the RegNow ordering pages including credit card and billing information.
2) After you complete your order, you will receive an e-mail with a link that will allow you to electronically sign your Agreement with RegNow.
3) Once you have signed the agreement, you will be given information on how to contact a RegNow representative to activate your account.
Step 1 - I've done that without trouble. Step 2 - I've done that as well. Step 3 - That's the problem.
I got the information (and I backed it up), but no one is available for at least another two hours and I'm going to bed very soon and by the time I wake up, they'll be done for the day and I'd have to end up waiting even longer (even clear until August 4). It's 5:20 AM where I'm at and I'm going to bed in maybe 20 minutes, if that. I wake up and it'll likely be past 4 PM and it'll be too late. Is there another method for this so I can complete step 3 to list my game on Regnow?

The account has been activated and now I've run into even more problems and the help and support area isn't of any use. Easy-to-use control panel? Don't think so - where's the descriptions on what each field is? A boxshot is required, but what is that? It's also asking for three banners, of which I don't have any at all. More inconvieniences and a longer delay in releasing the game's full edition - just what I need.

A boxshot is a picture of the dvd/cd case of your game, or the paper box in that the game would be sold the offline way.

I don't have either of those. Well, unless you consider one of those clear thin jewel cases, but that's nothing and lacks decoration. I even looked it up in the dictionary and there is no such word, even the very related suggestions ("box-shot" and "box shot") have absolutely nothing. What, since I don't have any, do I just upload an all-white 90-byte PNG image or something? It's a required field and can't continue without it.

Well, not every word is listed in a dictionary. A boxshot or packshot is that: You can easily create one by yourself, take a shot of an empty dvd case and design something on it, or instead of the dvd a simple box. old_bill

Why is this field required at Regnow? There should be no reason why it's required, especially for indie developers. Of course, I could take out MED and model one slapping on some textures onto a cube to make it look like a boxshot to some extent. I took out google and found some similar things to what you have, mainly programs to create such things - MED can do that.

You can always use your splash screen, or your favorite screenshot as the box shot image. Put a picture of your dog, what ever you think will help turn a person interested in your game into a buyer. It's your chance to make an impression on a potential buyer. I would put something impressive up for your boxshot. Maybe Ichiro can have Mimi hold a box mock for you, and use that shot. Ken

I'm close to finished with the model of the box shot in MED. It seemed to be the only method I had available.
