well, its here. you can walk forward and backward with the W and S keys, and the 1-4 keys change the resolution when the game is started. space to jump, right click to aim and shoot. if you need screenshot look at my post from before. http://rapidshare.de/files/28461335/Western.zip.html

cool I played it. I am happy to be the first to critique ![](/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif) ok the first thing is the new game, the reason I wasn't able to start the game was because the "new" is hard to see, it blends with the house, just make that a little more colorful and youll be fine. the graphics I would give a 7, it can be improved, I believe in time you will, it's hard to model I should know. I do like the gameplay, the crosshair is nice. I like the resident evil style. one thing you should add is maybe a bullet sound and a sound when the player shoots the enemy, cause I am not sure if im hitting the enemy. I do like the bullet holes in the wall that's cool. besides that it's a very good start, you did a great job keep it up.

well, im waiting till everything else is done to incorperate the sound, because thats the easy part, i plan to make a hit, and death animation for the enemys, and i hoped to find someone willing to do the models for me, because i am no modeler especially for humans, tho i am proud to say i modeled the pistol. the biggest thing i myself dont like about it, but dont know what to do about it is that you have to stop to shoot. besides that im on my way.

I think the models are ok, I do like the gun model. also what you could add in the future, this is only my opinion, but shooting events. like if you aim at the head, you get a reaction from the head, or legs he falls down a little. on the models what you should do is practice more, and learn from tutorials, try Grimbers low poly model tutorial for a start then go to more harder tutorials. I used that to help me with my models, even though I can't saay my models are perfect lol in time you will get better, it feels better to do your own model. I really like the idea of the crosshair.

i can do my own models, and make them look a lot better, my only issue is that i didnt want to spend forever modelling because i find it rather tedious and boring, and i never planned on using my own, trust me, ive already been through the tutorials on grimber site, as well as the acknex unlimited site, and many many other modeling softwares sites, and personal sites, its just not something i enjoy nor have a natural talent for
