I dont think you read it correct. I dont want to SELL it, I will give it away. Just have to pay for the postage and some blank CD's. I'll have to check my Post Office once I put it all on CD and box it up.
I thought about keeping it to make a "lower" version of my game, but it is TOO confusing to remember the differences between the codes of ver 5 and ver 6.
I dont think I got my $200 worth out of it, in fact, it is a loss. I didn't learn the code as fast as they came out with Ver 6, so I had to stop making my game in ver5 format. I have my game levels, but now have to re-do my whole code and level transfers and Inventory in ver 6. Gonna take me some time, I was just getting the hang of ver 5, then they go and change the C-Script commands and my Ver 6 does not recognize my Ver 5 commands. HUNDREDS of ERRORS in RUN....
By the way, you can download a 2 level DEMO at ARRCOMM.COM. It is 16 MGB.
I have finished 9 levels so far that the player can go on, but I have actually made 27 different levels. I placed the AI in different places and the Exit and Entrance for the player for each level, 3 different times. The player can travel back and forth between levels, and each time he/she does, they end up in a place they have been, but the AI is not where they expect them to be.
So I had actually made 3 levels per players one level. This way it is harder for the player to "memorize" the level and where the enemy is hiding. The items to collect are still in the same places.
If you want to pay something for it so you don't feel guilty, how about $50 for everything plus shipping? I will contact Conitec once done.
I am not out to make anything, just need to clean up my 2 computers and delete all my Ver 5 stuff.
