I have no clue if there is anything wrong with your my_car code, but 2 points of note:

1. Unless you are using A6 Pro, your wheel phisics won't work properly.

2. I am pretty sure that the problem is more in your old_camera function. I don't know what, but that is where I'd think a problem would be.
