As your system has Intel Enhanced SpeedStep technology inbuild, are you sure you have turned it off in the BIOS? From the BIOS updates of your system at the Dell page, there seemed to be a problem with it if you check the version history. http://support.euro.dell.com/support/dow...WW1&osl=EN#
