I am creating a Multi-level multiplayer shooter. I am good enough with scripting, but I really suck at model design and coloring. I can handle intermediate animation.

Basically:
Model Designer
Artist
Audio Person
Animator

The project is moving along quicly, but it just won't be great unless I get more people on my crew.

How about you make a prototype with free Models and Levels,
and showcase it, to draw attention to your project.
As scripting is the most important point in the beginning of a
multiplayer shooter.

Otherwise people will not answer.

Good idea. Only problem is that it isn't functional yet. I am working on different parts one by one, as they come up.

Ok, then why worry about art and content yet?
Just be patient, if you can show a nice prototype it is no big deal
to draw attention.

The thing is, this is just for fun. If someone want to work on it, then they are welcome to.

Theres a lot of "jobs offered" posts like that... I already made some, and trust me, without a first demo of your project, theres no one that will join the team...
