I guess I'm gonna keep posting here 'till admin kicks me for asking too many questions...

1. I'm using cbabe.mdl for my test player and I'm having trouble timing her animations. She walks and runs at the right speed, but her legs are a blur. She crawls corectly, but she travels too fast, like she's on ice. Her jump animation is over just after she leaves the ground, even though the animation is still too fast. I finally got her duck and stand snimations slowed down, but the rest... I am miffed. Has anyone figured out her timing? Can anybody help?

2. I place the crewman as the enemy, but he runs away from me and animates too fast on some animations and bog slow on others. Basically I'm having trouble fixing all the variables in animate.wdl. (From the A5 template) Is there another template I could use? Or has anybody got a solution to my rabbit/turtle syndrome? Please help.

3. How do I make the player start with the weapon without loading one as an entity? I have attached the weapon to the model and I'm playing in 3rd person mode. Help, anyone...
