Here is the simple answer SlasH, if you are using 3DGameStudio and don't have access to updates you're out of luck.

Only Conitec Datasystems sells 3DGameStudio, if you get it anywhere else you're not getting the full product but a warez copy that doesn't work correctly.

Sorry, but we can't help you here. Your copy is illegal and broken.
