Hello. I started having really big problems with the GameStudio program. Sometimes when zooming in or out of my map the entire screen of the program started moving everywhere. I mean like buttoms and windows where changing of potition on my screen and the only way to stop was to press ctrl+alt+delete and end the program. So yea I lost my unsaved work like 3 times untill i gave up. Plus it did not want to show the textures in the 3D window. It never happened before.
So here I go and delete the program from my computer to re-install it. I downloaded the trail version with no problem at all. Then I go to the link that Conitec gave me by e-mail to download the "key" by entering the username and password. An Error appears.....
I keep tring and tring and still gives me a error message when I enter my username and password. Error 404: Datei nicht gefunden! Maybe today is not my day. Can someone help me? Thanks

You should always store your key at a safe place. We keep user keys on the download server only for a limited time, like 3 months - after that, the key is gone.
