Well if Thunder is right...then it wont matter if it is published or not...if the graphics card does not support it. How old is the other computer? do you know what graphics card is in it?

have you put it back on your other computer and tried it there as well after you found out it did not work on the other computer? might be missing a file or something...we need more information
