the water tank looks like its filled with play-dough. make it transparent or something to make it actually look like transparent blue plastic with water inside it.
is ur 45 fps taken from actually running it with collision detection etc? it does look a lil hi-poly. the idea of inside windows sounds good. maybe tone down the specularity of some things? everything looks like it is made from the same rubbery clay.
however, it is well set out, fairly well textured, and decently lit.
made in blender? it looks to me (by the axis lines in the first screenshot) that they were taken in blender. it wouldn't surprise me if other software used the same axis lines but how about some in-game screenshots? like, how a6 would render them.
