You can try to import them into MED,
assign bones, and animate them,
so yes.

Can I animate the poser models with med??

also I have problems with the skin their skin images are in .jpg,
I heard that that's not supported by med and so I convered the files into
.tga files and that works but now it is not put in it's right spot I have a u-v map and that's like not working I get the image of the guy's hand shown on the guy's face. The skin's were perfect when I shiped them out of poser6.

You can also animate in Poser, the more user friendly animation tool in my opinion and export the keyframes to MED
MED provide a nice "appending" system for .3ds
Honestly I dont remeber problems with textures

by the way
Can Poser models be used in a commercial game ?
Assuming you have a legal copy , of course

Why wouldn't you be able to include it in a commercial game? Isn't that the whole purpose to sell them to game developers and PR firms for commercial use?
I did notice some restriction on some poser models like Vicky that use in pornographic or other explicit material is prohibited.

well you export the models to other tools for example 3dgs
It might be considered as a sort of violation of the integrity of The product
I dont' know just wondering.

You can use images or animations created by poser or other software, but you
cannot distribute the meshes. So I dont think you could use them like this in
a commercial project

Not two, not one.
