Hi,yesterday I was programming some (basic) shaders and I tried them also on level blocks with some changes.
I can get the shadows on the blocks, but I am getting wrong texture coordinates
and the skin texture is sized up .

has anyone some ideas?

yes.. the texture coords are different, texcoord0 is lightmap coords and texcoord1 is texture maps.
