Das Tut im Handbuch bezieht sich auch auf eine ältere Version.

Bei der älteren Version ging das in größeren Abschnitten.

Once you've selected everything you can use the coloured arrows to scale in that direction or click on the little squares in between the arrows to scale in two directions in one go or you can just click on the model next to the arrows to scale the whole model uniformly.
