But to answear the question

1. to add scripts(behaviors) you need to do this
a. go to map properties and add a default script
b. go to project manager, click add tab, select the script, click add button
c. if the script is relevent to the map entity or model you want to add it to then it will appear on the list when you go to the properties and click on the add behavior.

now about the blue screen thing
1. you didnt build
a.to build you map you need to go to file|build
b. then you can run and/or preveiw your level

ok now due to the nature that you are describing the cons of GameStudio i am assuming you have never used a drafting computer program or a 3D modeling program

when you are in the world editor you see the top side and back view. Use these to align your models so that they are were you want.
