I think you should ask Autodesk about this. Every official tutorial I've ever bought (mostly dvds) had advertising / copyright notices of the software used too. Like Photoshop, Corel Painter IX and also 3DMAX, MAYA.

If you want to sell it, I think you better ask them about this. It advertising for them too, so I don't think you have to pay anything to them per say,
