What are you talking about?

I ask every customer the same questions when I send passwords and download link. I invite everybody to send us critics and comments and ideas for new packs. I got no critics so far.

What you do is more than only unfair. Maybe you are not a customer of us. Maybe you are from the competition? This is your first and only post. That looks suspicious. A customer would send problems to the support at first.

If you really have problems then contact us and please describe the problems more detailed.

Our textures are first class quality. Models have decent polygon count and packs are cheap. I see no problem. And a statement like "shocking" and "poor quality" does not say anything helpful to us.
