Hey troublemaker, i am not from conitec but the solution was already given at first glance. The solution IS to upgrade to the latest version and NOT download dlls.
You see, as far as i know, nobody here with an upgraded version or with a legal copy of 3dgs has such problems.

Could you post as a screenshot of the About panel of WED? This problem is very likely related to the used version, and having this panel we can help you in a better way as without.
