As I'm having some troubles with my eyes recently, I had to make those exercises, to tighten the eye muscles.
Each exercise take about 30 seconds, and after each 30 seconds, you have to relax your eyes..
All in all, the whole eye workout takes 5 minutes, so the timer has it's fixed end time set to 5 (changeable next update).
Thats why I've created this small application (which isn't perfect, but free ) so I don't digress to time while exercising.

Well, it works pretty simple, it only helps you to control exercising.

So as you see, this application works only as a timer, nothing more, thats why I've said that it's a pretty small app.
