server list with Native A8

I am looking for a tutorial, example, something that teaches me how to create my own server list with A8 Native.
This is what I am looking for;

If there are no tutorials or examples, I am also ready to pay for such a server system.

I was looking for a tutorial, example, something because I never made an online game before. I have no idea how to do, what you mentioned ^^

1. Aquire Server or Website with Database
2. Create a script (php, asp.net, ...) that shows the content of a db table
3. Use winsocks or winhttp to connect to your script
4. Parse the return value into a lite-c structure of your choice
5. Add a new script that adds a new entry into your table
6. Change the first script so it removes all older entries
7. Call your second script every 2 minutes from the game

For every step in the list is a tutorial out there, just find it and you will be fine
