Control external I/O and relay modules over the network ?

Does this "new" feature in A8 mean that there is a means of remote control access to devices using the NETPORT
Programmable Controller, Intelligent I/O Module with LAN/USB Port product? (re: http://www.conitec.net/english/netport.php)

Yes, A8 can theoretically control Conitec NETPORT modules, but no, we have no examples. You had to code it.

There are however examples and an implementation for controlling Deditec Mini-USB modules. You can find it in the manual under "USB".
