Bring back the "New" box in Forecast

Every time Forecast is updated, it's difficult to figure out what is changed. Percentages and the status indicators aren't helpful, but the old yellow "New" icon was perfect. Just a suggestion.

The "new" was replaced by the status indicators on user request, but I can use the "new" icon too when something changes.
