DX9GDMV error when loading MED

HI

So I re-installed Windows and it got rid of the 11 second deay in loading MED and WED. Now when I load MED, I get a DX9GMV Direct X SDK error message. I know I had this installed before and so I guess I have to install this again ?

I don't know this error message. If it happened after reinstalling Windows, the installation possibly overwrote your video driver. So you should install your video card again.
