Problem Downloading A7.7

I am having a problem downloading A7.7 and/or any file from the download page.
The file gets to around 6 or 7 meg then terminates saying download complete.
I have no problems downloading from any other website, even with very large files.

I have tried numerious times since yesterday just in case the server has been busy.

Yes, we had the same problem reported by email from a user in Australia (or was it you also?). However I can not confirm a server problem here. I've tested about 10 files and all download without problem through FTP and HTTP.

Maybe it's a temporary glitch - please try again. Try also if you can access other big files from websites in Europe. If your Internet connection is generally unreliable, also try it with a download manager.

I'll try an ftp download, At least with ftp I can use the resume download.

How do I connect via FTP, I keep getting disconnected using anon.

I`ve got the Same problem, i just can`t download the complete file. Some times it brakes after 1% and some times after 80%.

I managed to download it using a free download manager from sourceforge.

Hi Ottawa, I installed it with no errors. I think they need to fix the download server. Maybe increeasing the timeout for responce.

Sounds like you did NOT download the whole file after all. Retry.

I tried a few times and it got worse so I stopped trying.

I'll do it another day.

I had the same problem yesterday downloading Lite-C.

In Firefox I repeated the download a few times,
each time it added up more to the download-file,
until everything was transmitted.

I've tried downloading on internet explorer and firefox on both mac and pc with and without download managers at least 10 times on each system. 50% is my best download percentage but none have completed.

Seems broken from Texas. Definitively isn't my connection. Nothing else is having trouble downloading domestic or foreign.

Any updates? Maybe a good old fashion mirror download link? If not I'll just keep trying rolling my face on the keyboard till it works.

I've got notice from the server company that they are working on it.

I had no problems downloading the files, but maybe someone who could not download it yesterday can just try it again and let us know if the problem is gone?

I could download it without any special tools, but with a lot of curses (of yesterday)...

i uploaded gs on the rapidshare, but forgot to post link

I downloaded A7.70 again and reinstalled no problems here. Didn't have to but just needed to satisfy my curiosity.

Another problem however is, went to download the A5 templates for A7 and the link just took me straight back to download page.

Again just to test things out.

I´ve needed 8 times to download the file right today. The most times the file was only 3 MB big and was corrupted!!
