Possible forum theme fixes.

1. All posts have the left part width set to 17%. This results in '250px wide fields on bigger monitors. In my opinion, width should be set to a value in range of 100-192px. Then forum will look the same on smaller monitors, and will not look strange on larger monitors.

2. lefttdheader could have some <width> setting too.

I'll check if we can affect this in the forum theme settings.
