I think second one is A7 7.85 (70 % sure), be cause I've download it last time. And the size of it 66.1 mb and the size of the A7 7.84 is something about 67 mb.

I found the download link for 7.85.2 still works:

Is version 7.85.4 is the last version of A7? If so is that mean A8 will release soon?

A8 will indeed be released soon, but that does not mean 7.85.4 is the last A7 version. Some people are waiting for other A7 features, so there will be most likely at least one more version.
