FBX importers are gone

I formatted the PC, then installed 8.20 from download page. MED is missing FBX import / export options. With little hope, i installed 8.22 thinking it ma help fix the problem, only to no avail.

There is a FBXfiles2010.dll, i do not use UAC, running as admin. I remember seeing such threads but the ones i could find were for exporting only. I am missing both import and export options.

Some windows DLL required for FBXFiles2010 is possibly missing on your PC.

There is a tool named Dependency Walker, you can download it from many websites. Please run a dependency walk over the FBXFiles2010 DLL and check if something's missing.

Right, vcredist was missing, i thought GameStudio was installing that itself.

Gamestudio installs several vcredists, but apparenlty the DLL was compiled the last time with even another VC version. We'll check that - thanks for the info.
