Based on this post I kindly ask you on behalf of (parts of) the AckCon team to take over sponsorship for this year's AckCon meeting (June 29th to July 1st).

As always we're trying our best to create a great game made with A8 within a weekend (full source published on GitHub) and feature the most prominent developer of the Acknex engine: JCL.

There's no better way to become a legend than to star in video games! Your legacy will be passed on to our children and grandchildren.

TL;DR
We're usually doing a BBQ and also drink some beer to ..err.. boost productivity. We would be happy about a small donation.
