Not yet determined, but possibly next year or after the next update, whichever happens first.

Yes. You hear there will be no next contest.

The best way to say politely NO, without actually saying 'NO' grin

Heh. That's been going on for about four years now ...

There is a contribution to 3DGS or Zorro available to earn 3DGS Pro?

Re: Next contest? - 12/07/18 11:39

Depends on the contribution. We normally give Zorro S subscriptions for contributions, but you can certainly also opt for 3DGS pro.

Could you suggest a contribution?

Re: Next contest? - 12/07/18 11:53

Well, what are you good with? Strategy development, web design, game design?

C, Lite-C programming and game design.

I can try to implement support to all swap types of MT4 and MT5.

Re: Next contest? - 12/07/18 13:47

Implementing substantial improvements to a plugin would indeed be worth a 3DGS Pro, but not for swap types because MT4 servers normally don't return different swap types anyway.

Re: Next contest? - 12/07/18 14:15

I got a broker returning a number other than 0, this may require a unit conversion. Also why is you using this calculation? For the case 0, multiplying by tick value will get swap cost per lot. So after it should be divided by the number of contracts per lot, and if it is a currency multiplied by 10000.

Maybe it would also be necessary to convert tick value to point value.

I have no other idea.

Re: Next contest? - 12/07/18 14:39

Me neither, but maybe you get some idea when working with the software for a while.

The swap cost by MT4 is unguaranteed: Most servers return type 0, some return 1, none returns 2 or 3, the unit size is unknown since there is no function for it, and the returned type 0 is sometimes wrong. So, swap must be manually verified or entered anyway.

Maybe the string could be tested. Per example for GOLD and SILVER USD, for XAUEUR EUR, for UK100 GBP and so on.

I'm learning modern web design. Many websites still offer a poor visualization.

You guys would accept these contributions for the MT4 and MT5 bridges without any prize? Contributions are accumulated?

Saveable physics? Saveable dynamic pointers?

Re: Next contest? - 12/10/18 08:08

If you're learning modern webdesign, then a possible contribution could be a mobile adaptation of the Zorro website.

I can try. Could you notify me if someone else takes this task?

I'm working on it.

Ok, good luck. Before you start, please contact info@opgroup.de. They have some special information about the adaption.
