I have a question about many levels...
If f.e. my player touch something and he will be "transport" to the new level (.wmp)...
I have to include in this new level all scripts again? All behaviours, animations, functions, actions etc?
And what about the vars and defines? The will be store (remember) autmoaticly? Or what? Or I have to everything agian from zero to each level?

adapt this code from the cari3 example. place it in the action of your player
Code:

vec_set (temp, my.x);
temp.z -= 1000;
trace_mode = ignore_me + ignore_passable + scan_texture;
trace (my.x, temp); // trace 1000 quants below the car
if (str_cmpi ("checker1", tex_name)) // if we've got the texture named "checker1" (without the quotes)
{
//change level function here
}



when your player toucches the texture checker1 or what ever you replace it with it will do what ever you want it to were i placed //change level here.

not sure about having to include all scripts and actions again though

I know how to teleport player to another level. Question is about the vars, strings, defines, actions, functions, included files... etc. I have to do all from the begining? It means include all files agian, attach actions, set vars? Or maybe they are store somehow automaticly?
