Hello people

I make a road in 3DS MAX and export to FBX (FBX200611)




I import the road to WED and I choose to use like block...


But when I RUN the program the textures miss up...




So, how I make correctly ?

try to import MED, save mdl and add WED. it looks should be correct.

I tryed that way too , but I cant change the model to BLOCKS anymore...


I tryed many thinks in MED:
fbx to mdl, fbx to ase, fbx to fbx with no success...

man, really, i didnt understand why u want to convert fbx mesh to block.in my estimation, its unnecessary.

as far as i know, block and mesh are different things. As a result of this ,texture problem appears.

i think, u can create this road in wed, by the help of vertex move,edge move,face move tools (for trapezoid shapes) and texture settings dialog box.

Hiya.

In 3dsMAX try extruding the bottom faces of your mesh so that they are "blocks" and not just "planes". Then import into WED. That may fix your problem.

I had install the V 7.05 where appears this problem....

and with the V 7.8 and the problem is solved...
