MED Terrain Texture Creator

Good evening folks!

I've got a little question. I'm currently giving terrain-design a shot. In the official manual of 3DGS I read that MED offers a "Terrain Texture Creator" via its tools.
My problem is that I can't find this tool, allthough its .dll-file can be found in the "med_plugins"-folder.

Why doesn't the tool appear under the "tools"-tab?

I hope you can help me.

Do you have installed the Latest Update?

I guess it only available for Comm Version or above

yes, It's only available for Commercial and above
