How to make a road?? (MED)

Hi, I need to know how to make a road with grass and gravel (for the road). I know how to make the heightmap already, and set the texture to grass. But I dont know how to spread gravel to the grass terrain to make a road. Thanks

No answers? I been reading that can be done with color maps (bitmaps) with red, green and blue for each skin but dunno how :_

You need use terrain shader for this. Search a more at forum or in AUM magazine, you have thousands examples. You can check also the Mystymod on www.loopix-project.com

you can also use photoshop or an editor of the like and do the blending yourself by means of layers and built in blending. compile it all as one texture and import it that way.
