[SUB] Default Shading Overwrite Template - 02/28/20 19:54

Hi,
I just uploaded a freshly backed template that overwrites the default 3dgs material with per pixel shading effects. It gives the possibility of modifying every aspect of the shaders by the customization panel of the project manager of WED. It supports lightmapping, normalmapping, spot dyn lights and much more.

I am ready to give explanations if needed. Any suggestion will be welcome indeed. Have fun.

@xbox asked few question regarding your template and after digging more into it, I found some troubles (at least on my side):
- it doesn't load up in WED project manager

- can't get static lights to work properly...

Maybe we are using it wrong... Would be awesome if you could take a look at those problems.

Best regards!

Hi,
let's see. I have to ask, do you mean that it does not appear in the project manager before copying the template to 3dgs templates folder and including the link into the file templates.xml?
Anyway, there was a version discordance between the module and the xml link of the template. I fixed it.

About the static lights, it is a bug indeed. My fault. I fix it in the next days.

You are welcome wink

I just uploaded a fixed version. Copying the template to its place will let you update your project in the project manager.
