Why dont you just make them available for free, and request donations?
This way the community benefits way more
(I made all my projects free too since I switched to Unity)

or sell them multiple times for a very cheap amount... (but yeah free is the best )

actually i can't make them available for free , because i need money to buy licenses for my own game engine.

oh yes you're right, but the problem is i haven't a visa or master card. so
40 or 50 euro is not an expensive price
5 days ago i sold the browser (50 euro) with all source code , I hope those who bought it, make them faster and better .

I looked into the horror-source-video uve sold. Looked pretty solid. A perfect startup script for such kind of game ( what i can say from looking the vid ).

edit: And i really liked the car vid. Because i never made one.

I say you make a price for the complete pack, the community chips in and when your goal is reached you release everything to the public. The Acknex community could use this.

yes in demo , i use only walk and run. but in original source there is a lot(stand,walk,run, jump,visy,and many kick... ).

i create the model in 3ds max without hair and all skins from google.

I sure hope you're allowed to sell all those assets you're using...
