As I'm having some troubles with my eyes recently, I had to make those exercises, to tighten the eye muscles.
Each exercise take about 30 seconds, and after each 30 seconds, you have to relax your eyes..
All in all, the whole eye workout takes 5 minutes, so the timer has it's fixed end time set to 5 (changeable next update).
Thats why I've created this small application (which isn't perfect, but free

) so I don't digress to time while exercising.

Can you say something on what it does to train the eyes and based on which Concept this has been implemented?

Well, it works pretty simple, it only helps you to control exercising.

All you need to do:

* cut a small circle out from a black paper (about 5 mm diameter)
* glue it on a window, in your room
* stand right in front of it, at the distance of 30 sm
* start application (so it will start counting)
* look at the circle on the window for next 30 seconds
* after 30 seconds the application will make a noise sound
* now you need to look for a long distance, for next 30 seconds as well
* you have to repeat this exercises for next 5 minute , each day
Note: you may increase the time of the exercise each day by 1 minute, but not longer than 15 minutes are allowed

So as you see, this application works only as a timer, nothing more, thats why I've said that it's a pretty small app.

Edit: I've edited the name of the thread, so it doesn't look like this application contains any kind of an exercises.
