"multiple shaders per model" - 09/14/06 19:44

When it says in the A6.40 description "multiple shaders per model", what does it mean? Can I have lots of shaders, like multitexture terrain shader and a normalmap shader on one entity?

If so then how? If not, then what does it mean?

Can't find search button?
In the contribution thread i've posted reference model with 2 ffes applied. Not shaders, but you can start from there.

I knew I was annoying

I've searched my quote, "multiple shaders per model", and I got 300 results. I checked any by you and there was nothing but replies you made to topics unrelated to my search keyword.
I just wanted to know what they meant by "multiple shaders per model", if it was having lots of shaders for a model, like normalmapping and something else.

BTW, I don't trust searches any more. Once not long ago, I wanted to retrieve a free Mac OS game I used to play over 10 years ago, when I was little. So I came across a website that I knew had it and I searched for "Bob the Fish". No results whatsoever. Then I searched for "Bob" and the first thing that came up was "Bob the Fish"

Thanks, I had no idea I was so stupid

Thats the thing you kindly emailed me when I made a topic asking what the fx files in MED do. I didn't know that was what "multiple shaders per model" meant?
