Is there an example level help please

Hello, i was just wondering if there is any open source levels with realistic waters. I am not familiar with shaders at all so what im asking is if someone has or can make a small level with terrain and a lake ( shader water effect) so i can use it. i want to replace the terrain with my terrain and use the water effect so if any body have have open source file that i can use i would apriciate it. And i will give them a credit in my game.
And also question if there is any open source high detailed terrains i want to learn how to make them too.
