Using a shader - what are terms of the copyright? - 03/01/06 13:03

Hello,

I am new in the shader-stuff.
I found a neat Demo for a water-shader at the Acknex Unlimmeted / Demos ---> Water shader (02-19-05). In the download, there is also the shader-script water_shader.wdl and water.fx-file included.
Is it legal or not to use this files? Could not find an information about copyright or not.
Do You know, who did this Demo?

Have a nice day,

If it is in Acknex Unlimited, there should be "Free" or "Credit" sign next to the file. If it sais free, then you can use it for whatever you want. If it sais credit, then you have to give credit to the author or producer of the script, effect, model, ect.

Hello,

It says: "free" - of course, I know.

I thougt, it would be free to run this Demo, not using parts of it.
Don't want to make anyone mad, nor take anyonce property.

Anyhow, if someone knows, who turned this schader-demo in, please let me know.
