[meta] Non-Gamestudio Project discussion?

I'm not sure where to ask this question, so I put this under Rants.

Mods: Am I allowed to discuss gaming projects that have nothing to do with Gamestudio (i.e. 100% homebrew code)? If so, where does this discussion belong?
