Modelviewer (MDLView 2.3)

Triggert by a true user of a durable tool I will share MDLView for GS - a simple modelbrowser - once again here with you.

After downloading please change the INI-file (settings.ini) for your needs.
You can download the new version here (setup, 2.5MB)

I had the same idea, but I was stuck on making engine load models from other folders...
btw, double-click isn't working for me (maybe because my GS isnt on C:) and in install it shows 'gamesus.de\doante' instead of donate.

You have to change the SETTINGS.INI (as mentioned) to set the path to MED and others.
edit: thnx for the typo hint - it's fixed.

The modified version of MDLView works fine for me.

A new (free) version of MDLView is now available.
I added the copy & paste functionality.

download the most current version here...

Now you can also:

- select more than one model by holding the CRTL-key
- select all visible models by pressing CTRL+A
- copy all selected models (to the clipboard) by pressing CTRL-C (*1)
- paste the copied models to the current directory by pressing CTRL-V (*1)
- Refresh the current window by pressing F5

*1) also works with the windows explorer & filesystem

I have downloaded MDLView 2.5 and tried it out.
The new functions copy and paste work well in combination with the refresh button F5.

It's fresh compiled with the most current GS-Version A7.80.
