need help to figure out movement-gravity code - 05/31/09 09:52
Hi all, this is my first post! I'm using 3dgs trial version and i think i'm gonna buy this wonderful tool.
I'm just trying to make a fight game like Rakion:
WASD+space for movement, pan controlled via mouse, zoom in/out with mouse wheel, left shift for parry and, finally, left and right mouse click for attack.
I was using kh movement as learning code, but I had a lot of problems with collisions as said in other related (kh movement) thread.
Then I'm just wondering if there's some other movement code I could look at, or maybe you guys could help me to figure out some things :
c-script or lite-c, what's better? (confused due many code example...)
is it possible to apply a newton /ode gravity to a player entity ?
