Free sounds?

I'm currently working/planning on a little demo, but I need sounds. I especially need sound effects, I can find music, but for my searches I haven't found any good sets for SFX.

My budget tops to 30€, so I don't need to completely rely on free stuff.

I need background effects (wind, water drops), stepping, metal sounds, humming (fans, etc.), so luckily nothing complicated.

The Freesound Project is a huge library.
