The Dragon Rider - 11/15/05 17:56

***********************************
* The Dragon Rider (v.1.2) *
***********************************

This is my very first attempt on character modeling, it was created with 3DStudioMax and Poser in about 5 days. The model is composed of mesh + texture, though it is not yet animated.

Feel free to animate it and use it in your projects, but please don't forget to mention the author adding this text as follows in your credits list:

Yea well a direct link to his work would have been more convenient. Better still, using the image tag would have been even better. I don't have time to go wasting looking through people's sites . Kidding but lately I've been getting spyware so I try to avoid unfamiliar sites.

Model looks good. Nothing amazing but it's good.

By the way, copy and paste the link in Bird's post, otherwise you'll receive a blank screen. Well that's what happened to me anyway .

When I download the file, IE show a blank page.

Re: The Dragon Rider - 11/16/05 03:56

looks nice, think it could use a few less polys (3460)

mesh needs closing. has alot of gaps in the faces

Grimber's comments are well taken. Still -- really nice looking model. The skinning on the head is really well done. I can never get the ears to look right . So -- great work, even though there is room for improvement. Very kind of you to post it. I'm trying to think how I can use it....
